OUR STORY
Throughout a service project in Mexico, DJ and Tristyn bonded over their love of coffee. Unbeknownst to them, there would be a beautiful unfolding of events leading to the birth of Koin Coffee less than a year later.
The name ‘Koin’ was influenced by the word koinonia, meaning fellowship, or joint participation. We have a philosophy of community—joining people together, enjoying craft coffee, and becoming unified.

It is our deepest desire that our community will break bread & eat together. We hope our space can enrich community and foster connection.
